1.  Takeaway Orders

1.1. Our role is limited to providing the Site for You to access information on, and place orders with Us.

1.2. Each Order placed by You through the Site represents a legally binding contract between you and Daan. The contract shall be legally binding with effect from the point at which you click "Submit Order" on the confirmation page.

1.3. Once an Order is placed by You it can be cancelled by contacting customer service (see Contact Us).

1.4. Daan has the right to cancel any Order placed by You at any time after such Order is placed at its discretion.

1.5. If We cancel any Order we shall contact You direct by e-mail or telephone to the address or number provided by You when You place the Order. There shall be no liability to offer any compensation for any disappointment or other loss suffered as a result of such cancellation.

1.6. We will deliver the Order to You at the address specified by You in Your Order. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to deliver within the time specified on the Site.

1.7 We will guarantee delivery within 45 minutes within a 7-mile radius, if your area falls outside the 7 mile radius we will endevaour to deliver within 45 minutes, however we cannot guarantee this. The 45-minute guaranteed delivery promise will be suspended in the following circumstances. Extreme weather conditions. Major roadworks. Power cuts and in any other situations beyond our control.

1.8 Any orders that are placed before our opening hours will be prepared and delivered within 45 minutes from the time we open on that particular day. See contact us section for trading hours.

2.  Price and payment

2.1 Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the price for the products  shall be the price advertised on the website as published on the date of the order.

2.2 The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Card payments are secure and via paypal.

2.3 When payment is available by cheque you will be required to show a valid cheque guarantee card to the delivery person, please also ensure cheques are made payable to "Daan Ltd".

2.4 Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

3. Changes To Service

We reserve the right to improve, amend, or suspend the service provided on the Site at any time without notice to You.

4. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time with immediate effect by placing the amended terms and conditions on the Site.

5.Privacy

5.1 All information that you provide about yourself to us shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1 The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
